Mirror Mirror

It's easy to want what you do not have and have what you do not want.
It's much harder to make peace with your own inner and outer self when your body doesn't always feel like your own.
This is not a complaint or a cry for help, just a vent to release my thoughts.

The world does not give us what we want. It only gives us what we need.

@AceWarbringer beautiful thought but incorrect in practical application.

@JJBarista how? One can always change ones circumstance. If by working through the problems or by avoiding them.

By simply complaining about the problem, you dont address it.

Your body is changeable. And when it isnt you have to work around it. Fat can be burned off through exercise. Surgery can correct many problems.

We only get our needs met through our own efforts in the world. We have to work even when its not comfortable. Its not our wants that drive us. But our needs.

@AceWarbringer agree to disagree n this topic

@JJBarista I’m joining to disagree with you, Barrista ( in Stockholm?, ”ler”)
Added: It’s not really a strange thing that men do not understand feminine challenges - including What aspects of ourselves we can or want to change and out of our own perspective - who we might do changes to please. In this context - the only way to go is to be purely selfish - yes - selfish is ok as not others are hurt but your own self is made stronger.

@ToniaMV 🙂😊no, a bit of a travel to Stockholm.
Some interesting interpretations by many on my post on how I feel at times. Always open to various perspectives.

@JJBarista Dear! To clarify - I don't mean that I disagree with you, JJ - on the contrary - I have many such mirr - mirr experiences - I meant to join you in disagreeing with AceWarbringer - and this is a battle for us women who have been receiving over excessive gifts by Mother Nature - not a battle of war between Body and Mind - least involving focus of male attention.

@ToniaMV thank you for your clarification ToniaMV
