There's so many situations where babies just HAVE to be formula fed whether it be because of their mother not producing enough milk, losing her supply, not being around all the time, etc. Anything that compromises a baby's health and potentially puts their life at risk is an urgent matter.

The U.S seriously needs to resolve this problem.

It’s not an either or situation. One plant produces a large share of formula and is down for a couple weeks. There’s a long term fix but Baby Formula and Ukraine support or two completely unrelated things.
