Ukraine is more important, IMO.

Women produce milk for babies. Honestly I don't see the need for baby formula as being urgent, but I understand the need. Getting weapons and support to Ukraine is far more important. Republicans don't want to send money to Ukraine, because they don't want Putin to lose.
