I have a superpower

I can get blind, passed out drunk; and then wake up at the crack of dawn without a hangover. Not even a headache. It's not a great superpower, but it is one that many envy.

I used to be that way, but something changed. In the last ten years my body no longer allows for such shenanigans to be gotten away with.

@Neman1622 .... 50. you are the first person ive said that to, that im 50. dang birthdays. making me older every year. I;ve not been able to get away with that since I was about 43.

@nonsensiclesnail well, I'm actually closer to 50 than my profile says. I look younger than I am, so I fib a little bit. I still get asked if I'm 40, but I'm 47. So don't feel bad, and thanks for sharing!

@nonsensiclesnail I'm part French, so I think that has a lot to do with it. I've been to France 3 times, and every time the locals automatically just start talking to me in French. That's how French I look. And everybody knows the French can drink!

@Neman1622 @Neman1622 I just feel weird... Ive always been told I look younger than I am. I don't know anymore though. Im not even sure I care anymore if I'm honest.

I didn't know the French could drink!
Im not French at all, perhaps that is my own downfall.
Where in France do you go when you visit?
