When is it not Okay to respond with Cruel Sarcasm ?

@Messi It's never obvious to the people I'm most sarcastic to on this site. Anyone with common sense should appreciate sarcasm. It's humor, who doesn't like to be humored. (The same people who complain about people joking about them or about comedians in general)

@Pitchblue I can understand that, yes. But I was thinking of cruel sarcasm in the case where it is an insult.

@Messi Sacasm is based in truth. If a person takes a joke to seriously whatever. If I could see someone was really hurt I wouldn't go out of my way to insult them again but that seems to be what social sites are based on these days.
