Guy is coming home from work. Picks up a 12-pack of soda, some snacks, and so forth. Gets on the road, and there's a man dressed all in red, flagging him down. He stops and asks, "Something I can do for you?"
"I'm the Red Bastard of the Highway! Gimme something to drink!"
Sighing, the guy gives him a soda and drives away.
Shortly thereafter, he sees another man. This one is dressed in yellow, and sure enough, he's flagging him down. Guy pulls over, and the man in yellow says, "I'm the Yellow Bastard of the Highway! Gimme something to eat!"
Guy gives him a bag of chips and drives off. Now he's annoyed, and driving a little too fast. Soon enough, though, there's a man flagging him down. This one is dressed in blue.
Guy pulls over, and before the man can speak, he says, "Okay, so you're the Blue Bastard of the Highway. What do YOU want?"
"License and registration, [i]sir[/i]."
"I'm the Red Bastard of the Highway! Gimme something to drink!"
