How do you keep the inner

I haven't always remained calm but i’m becoming more sane as of late or at least i like to think so.. that i will be together someday with my sanity 😅 docile is not my way.. resolved is more my stance.. with calm 🙂

It takes a lot but there are times when I know it’s coming. That’s when leaning on the right people helps
