Procrastination generally refers to the act of delaying or postponing tasks, often to the point where they are not completed. It can imply an indefinite delay, where tasks are continually pushed aside.

On the other hand, crastination, derived from the Latin "crastinus," specifically refers to delaying something until the next day or tomorrow.

I knew this difference as a teen. I was proactively procrastinating. 😆
