Either put your seatbelt on or I’m hanging up!

I was talking to a friend on the phone and I kept hearing “ding.. ding.. ding”. And I said “what is that noise I hear?” He said “I don’t hear anything”. “You don’t hear that annoying bell?” I said. And he’s like “oh, that’s just the seatbelt warning bell”. Then he goes on about something else. Meanwhile, I’m getting really annoyed by the dinging sound. So I interrupt him and say “hey can you just put your seatbelt on?” He goes “Why?”.
“Oh I don’t know, maybe because I don’t wanna hear that stupid bell!” 🤣
