No where in the vows do I remember if one gains weight it's a deal breaker. I believe it's in sickness and health. The changes you're making is start remember to add water watch coming off meds without a dr order. Always lose weight and improve yourself because it's what you want to feel better or look better or be healthy. My question is does your husband look like a movie star. Is he the same size when you married. Never let someone tell you you're not good enough for them. Sounds like he's insecure and thinks you could look elsewhere so it's a bullying tactic. Best of luck to you

@Flenflyys: I will pray to God that I will at least get healthy again, especially cutting out the sugar and starches

You are on the right track with all your positive changes that you've made already. Keep up the good work. I'm dealing with the same problem.

I would give you the whole "love yourself" crap but damn.. I know how you feel :( remember you got this!
It sounds like he married you for the way you look instead of for who you are.

@sophrai: I'm thinking the same thing but that was 20 years ago.
@saintchantal: Old and well ingrained habits are hard to break.

@SensitiveGirl96 I think both your boyfriends are selfish jerks. Just my opinion.
@SensitiveGirl96 Let him go. His "love" is conditional. It's not you he loves, but an image he's holding on to which you need to maintain in order for him to be with you. Find someone who loves you for YOU, not for how you look.
