Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is so weird. I’m one of those idiots that ordered it online and shouldn’t be taking it. Lol but I am and I’ve lost a ton of weight in only a month and half. I used to be 170 and I’m 148 now. Basically lost everything. Anyways, I am taking it to try to maintain my weight but I’m still losing because I’m still barely eating. I didn’t eat yesterday. I’m getting better at eating but still not enough.
