Hey gymratsss. Need advice please. My goal is to be lean and toned. :)

So I’ve noticed that I’ve been going to the gym a lot and playing tennis on the weekends. Lately, I’ve been feeling huge and bloated. Maybe it’s because I’ve been eating a lot of carbs and drinking more as well.

I’ve been trying to reduce oily foods to lose weight and get more toned, but my weight has been fluctuating over the past two years.

Is this normal? I learned that I shouldn’t weigh myself at night, but I did anyway…

Now I’m wondering if my weight will go down in the morning. If it doesn’t (or if it’s not completely back to normal), does that leftover weight mean I gained fat?

Thank youuu 💪🫶

I personally don't worry about calories. I have a strict diet by necesasity.

In my opinion... Never weigh yourself. Just workout at home, focus on bodyweight. Workout well, not hard and manage your stress in your life to reduce it. Just eat generally healthy. As well track your exercise into points, set rewards and make a lot of time for yourself to live low stress lifestyle.
