Well I'm not a dietician but generally more vegetables and less carbs. Steer clear of processed food and jars of sauces because they are full of fat, sugar and additives. I use passata instead of a jar. I try and pack in as much veg as I can do, so as much of the meal as possible is veg. Also, try to avoid as much processed food as I can and limit fat. You obviously need plenty of protein too. It's probably better to choose beans and chickpeas etc rather than nuts as there's more fat in nuts. Do you have cows milk and cheese? I have extra mature cheddar so I use less to get the flavour.

Eating less and also walking is good or anything movement burning calories helps
