To anyone who has always been thin...

Does keeping your figure in check seem like a full time job? Constantly making sure you don't go over a certain number of calories, getting in walks daily etc...I lost twenty pounds for my health last year but have gained six back over the winter. I'm back into walking several days a week but it's always difficult too not going over say, 1700 calories a day. I'm really determined to lose those few pounds again, plus ten more. But it's NOT easy. Any tips?

Don't starve yourself, always eat what you crave because you will eat less of it. Try healthier snacks like nuts, and ghe lowest percent milk that you can tolerate.
Good luck. 🙂

@calicuz I eat pretty healthy snacks, I think my problem was going back to having a second portion of dinner occasionally over the winter. I had been in an accident so really couldn't walk as much. So I turned to comfort..but I'm mad at myself now. I worked hard to lose that twenty...so I'm determined to lose those few and a few more. Thanks for your support 🌺
