I hit 315.1 today, a weight I haven't seen since 2017, 88 lbs down thus far. I have a lot of muscle, so don't look the entirety of my weight, I hope..but I have a lot of room for improvement. I had gotten to 403 at 5'6" due to a lot of past abuse and 3 SA's....Here are partial progress photos from today, all "afters". I don't feel like showing my entire body today, but I am seeing a bit of a waist forming, as well as boobs finally protruding past my stomach. Sorry for all the selfies lately....I have been feeling pretty lonely lately, and the holidays just exacerbate it.

@DymondHed omg no i just measured! 11.5" down in my waist as of this morning!! yayayayayay..aw thank you..i am not the best at keeping up with msgs..it is more of an existential/my family doesn't love me kinda..incurable..loneliness..but i may take you up on that sometime! just dont want to leave you hanging..i lead a busy life, and would do so frequently, im afraid.
