How do you stay motivated to stick with your weight loss plan on days when you're feeling completely unmotivated or tired?

Well I typically walk 5 days a week but some weeks I do 4. Like today. But I ate less at dinner since I didn't walk. I don't ever fast because of I go too long I get shaky ...but I want to lose 20 more pounds and I know I'll walk a bit extra tomorrow!

Stand in front of a mirror and strip to your waist.
Put your hands behind your head.
Lean slightly back.
Gently twist from the waist.
Can you see those abs and obliques yet? Maybe just the serratus muscles for now.

I tend to lose weight when I’m away from my family which I am now , I’m in hospital, eat every day morning afternoon and dinner , I find if I eat I tend to lose weight, without exercising , but I can’t be around my family
