To be honest, I'm not sure how fast ANY method is. A book written years ago pointed out that most people have creeping weight gain from eating enough food energy they DON'T use that

• trying to NOT eat that entire amount would typically leave you hungry, and

• trying to exercise it all off would be hard

So I think you have to try a three-pronged approach

• eat less of the foods more likely to fatten us up
• eat better for the foods you DO eat
• exercise more

Foods
I suggest

• cutting out all sodas / sugar drinks
• cut out all alcohol
• reducing portions of anything else with tons of sugar (desserts) or fats (desserts, some entrées, etc.) when you have them
• reducing inter-meal snacks
• increasing liquids (drink lots of water, eat soups)--we all need water, it helps the skin, and liquids help you feel full
• increasing salads--promotes fullness & fiber helps you "go" #2...

Remember

• WeightWatchers is successful by saying you CAN eat what you want, but eat LESS, and be honest

• Supermodels drink tons of water, eat smaller portions, eat salads

Exercise
You can get more out of your exercise; you don't need to spend hours at the gym every day.

Target

• weight training, which can help raise your metabolism (muscles need more calories!)--this is also good at ANY age, but a GREAT idea as we age!

• high intensity training (HIT), but it can be getting loose on a stationary bike, then pedalling as fast as you can for 30 secs. This has an effect which lasts for a long time!

• putting little inconveniences / opportunities for movement BACK into our lives--instead of circling a parking lot for 5 min to get another space closer, park out and build a short walk into your day.

There is no fast way… unfortunately for me I will end up needing surgery to remove the main portion of my belly fat.
I don’t talk much about this here…

I have about 25lbs left to lose to put me at a total of 115 pounds gone. And will likely have about 15+ that will have to be removed with surgery. Apparently insurance covers what I’m needing

Funny story, a friend of mind spent 2 weeks stranded in a remote location in South America. Food was limited to only one meal a day. She lost a lot of weight and the belly fat was significantly diminish!!

Slowly but methodically lower your portions to half what your eat now to lose weight in general. I said slowly because your body needs to adapt to the new regime while going through your daily activities. In the end, It's not gonna be pretty. You might look like you're famished.
No snacking, no late night dinner.
No candy, soda, pop, ice cream, sour cream or beer
Walk or run for at least 30min/day
Once the belly is gone, up your food portions but more protein. Forget about snacking for forever and all that I mentioned above.
Keep running and walking on daily basis. You can include resistance training to build some muscles.
The hardest part is to keep that belly flat 😂

@SomeMichGuy you are correct sir! the cheese slicer will allow for more precise shaping.

my mistake.
Yesterday I saw a video that tapeworm eggs are very efficient for weightloss. (And deadly too, so maybe go with a slightly slower but safer method instead.)
Time. Hard work via discipline and patience.

There is no quick way. Unfortunately.

Everyone's different on how and what methods work but in the end time is the hardest part.

Burn more calories than you eat. Be active, do yoga, do lots of sit ups, the list goes on.
I don’t know, a belly can be cute on a woman.

for me it’s always been a spontaneous thing , just do it like the logo says … it hits different than a false misconception of planning then doing then weighing then writing down like a lot of money making gimmicks people use to trick people into weight loss

So if you feel like dancing or walking or just moving on thought then do that and stay hydrated with nutritious homemade meals is what I humbly recommend but everyone is different and it ultimately comes down to yourself and when you are ready to take action on your own motivation 🍃

@Fatalice I think she means her own, not someone else’s.
