I've lost 5 pounds so far from being consistent at the gym lately!

I typically burn about 300 on the treadmill, then go use the arm/leg lift machines for a bit. I do zumba too.
I don't [i]see[/i] any changes but the scale has definite gone down, so it gives motivation to continue.

AND I haven't been restricting myself too much so I feel I have achieved a healthy balance while doing so.
I still have my snacks, I just try to keep them either healthy or lower carb. Because I've learned that if I go cold turkey on the snacks, I will end up pigging out once I do get them.

for some reason when I gym I dont do cardio I need to start doing that
