Trying to lose weight as an adult is NO joke, they weren't lying.

I'm so madddd, I really seriously been trying to lose weight since September, all summer my goal was to maintain, ended up gaining abit, now I'm can't seem to lose even 5lbs, it's downright pissing me off.
I've gained weight and lost it a total of 5 times, since teenhood, I'm tired, I know what it takes, FOR THE LIFE OF ME I don't have the energy, or motivation anymore to be jumping up and down like a fucking kangaroo, to be doing Burpees and swinging around the house like a fucking monkey on crack, on god I don't have that in me.

😭😭😭I just wanna lose weight and not be a kangaroo 😭😭like why isn't chill exercise not working, medium intensity, my diet is actually alright, balanced, eat twice a day, not losing nothing, measurements aren't moving either, think I will HAVE to invest in a treadmill or a spin bike, I don't see how tf anything positive is happening, my god am I exhausted, I'm not an active person in general, 2021 I lost 50lbs, I was starving myself for the past few months, working out 6 days a week, I was acting like some fitness girlie, when in reality I'm just a bum that stays at home, I just don't want to be a fat one🤷‍♀️
I've over did the dramatic weight loss stuff, I feel like I've exhausted all my options, also gym isn't an option because of my living situation atm, so this is it, walking around my area even for 30/60mins doesn't burn anything worthy on the scales, doing weight training and cardio on YouTube for 3/4 days a week, had me losing and gaining same 3lbs for over a month, I'm buying a machine or this is it.

diet is the most important part. If you burn off more calories to what you eat in a day, you should start losing weight. The hardest part is the motivation for it. Its not easy losing weight and takes a lot of patience and hard work.
for me when i wanna lose weight, I cut off sugary drinks and junk food and just staying as active as you can through out the day and to give yourself a few days off every weekend perhaps, so your body can recover.
Starving yourself isnt sustainable and will only make you eat more when you start again. I would suggest working out a healthy diet that does not deprive you of food you like.
Make it a lifestyle change and not a diet cause diets are only temporary and most cases people put on weight once they stop.

You will get there soon enough and see what best works for you.
