After years of struggling with my weight, I have made some real progress since May going from a 40 inch waist to a 36 inch waist.

Now I just need to maintain.

Fantastic job!

Lowering carbs and sugar along with activity will do the trick. Once the fat comes off it’s also a lot easier to reshape the body too.

Start with shorter workouts (15 min) and work your way up. Try to keep your average heartbeat above 130.

It’s amazing what it will do for your health and life perspective.
