Aww yeah those energy drinks are not that great for our bodies in excess. I am so glad you are feeling better. My A1c (blood sugar range over 3 minths) was just in diabetes type 2 range recently on my yearly blood work. So they say you can bring it in regular range by losing weight or lowering calories. I do not starve myself but I am eliminating most sweets and I only eat one portion at dinner. I lost 4 pounds in June! So hopefully 4 more in July. It feels good to not just grab any old snack now. Kudos to you too!!! Great pics.

It’s not productive to starve as much as it’s tempting because in the end you’ll end up binge eating at some point to replenish to deficit calories
