Weight loss.

I’ve got the MyFitnessPal app to lose weight and I’ve been told that I can eat what I want but as long as I only eat up to the calories it’s programmed me to eat. But I still have trouble doing that on some days.
I’ve looked online and seen certain diets and one has popped up is the Keto diet. Is that worth trying…..any help would be appreciated!

I am using Noom and finally learning how to eat. It is showing me how to change my habits and bring to my attention what I've been doing "wrong" all these years. It isn't a diet, those have never worked for me, but a guided lifestyle change. Might be worth a try for you too🤷‍♀️😊
