In the right kind of coffee it taste very good. However it will do nothing to help you lose weight the most reliable way to do that? Is to burn more calories than you consume.
caffeine is very slightly thermogenic but not anything worth mentioning, it'll suppress appetite to a degree tho. as others said, weight loss is calories in vs calories out (assuming adequate protein).

eat around 450 calories per meal 3 times a day and 2 snack of 150 calories, avoid sugar, drink 2 litres of water every day, exercise around 400 calories a day.
That’s not how weight loss works. Weight loss is simple. Track your calories/macros and exercise. Make sure you are in a deficit. Measure your portions.
Drink alot of water daily. This flushes the system, dilutes blood sugar, helps you feel full. All things that contribute towards weight loss.
When I lost alot of weight in the past coffee helped me. I would get a large black coffee and sip it slowly for several hours. Caffine supresses appetite. Cut carbs way down, cut out all drinks that have calories. Get your circulation going by walking or exercising for 30 minutes each day.
