So when I start a diet I don’t lose weight

because it takes time. I’m building muscle. I lost 3 pounds then my body is stalling but after a while it starts to lose the weight. This happens to me every time and it’s annoying though.

I’m sure many people are the same way. It’s best to incorporate a lot of veggies like cucumbers 🥒 and fruit like 🍎.

The cycle of losing weight, then gaining it back, is difficult to break. I try to exercise every day, use around 500 calories, and watch what I eat. Halloween time is rough, we had too much left over candy. But I then will lose it back. I keep photos of my lean and fat bodies to look at to give me the visual feedback, pardon the pun, to maintain a healthy weight.

@samueltyler2 whenever I start a diet, it takes time to show on the scale. After a while it starts to go down but I have to be persistent. I rarely eat candy. I’ve been eating less and walking/exercising all day. Every chance I have, I’ll exercise.
