Health Journey Update
I began living healthy at the end of September 2021. It's been over one year and here is where I was and am at now.
Starting Weight: 246 pounds
Current Weight: 151 pounds
Total Weight Lost: 95 pounds
I used Weight Watchers, mostly using their app and tracked my food constantly.
I also began walking almost every single day averaging between 6,500-10,000 steps a day.
I also added some weight training along the way.
Is it worth it? Absolutely!
Can you change your health habits if you want to? Absolutely, you can.
I did nothing for myself for far too long. But the truth is there comes a point when you can be in denial, or be proactive and make changes. I feel all the better for making the choices I have.
