Pretty sure it's going to come down to a combination of exercising more and eating less. Doesn't have to be a lot of exercise - go for a walk for an hour every day and after a few weeks you will notice a difference.

I can’t b bothered to exercise anymore I used to exercise without hesitation but now I’m just wasting my money @CheekyBadger

@MoonaNorth86 As I said, going for a walk is enough to make a difference - just need to do it often. I have never paid to exercise - I agree it is a waste of money but there are lots of things that can be done for free that can make a difference.
