Is turkey with baked potato & air fried battered onions safe for weight loss?

I’m watching my weight so I want to make sure I get all my nutrients without too much carbs. I know the baked potato is starchy but
I’m using a keto friendly recipe for the onion rings so they’re low carb & a plain baked potato with turkey for protein. What do you guys think? I was trying to use the onion in place of a green veggie
