Are you reaching your weight loss goals?

I weighed myself today and I lost since the beginning of the year 18.3 kgs which is 40 pounds. Hard work does pay off. We are all definitely stronger than we think we are.

My work pants arrived Friday. (I ordered them 12 months ago 🤦‍♂️) I don't know how much I have lost since I ordered them but they are too big for me now.
