Can loosing weight help you feel more full from eating?

If you cut down on the amount of food you eat every day you will eventually feel much fuller with less food, especially if eat foods with fiber every day…veggies, fruit, and whole grains.
Your stomach will get smaller if you eat smaller meals which will make you feel full faster

I've noticed that if I eat raisin bran for breakfast, I feel full for hours past lunch time.
I’m not morbidly obese but I’m not thin. I would say I’m at an average weight. I could loose maybe 5 pounds so I’m going to a gym more often during the week.
I never feel full from eating. Is it because I’m not thin?
