Calorie deficit

On the MyFitnessPal app it has given me 2500 calories to consume each day and my aim is to lose weight. If I don’t reach that target and let’s say I eat between 1750-2000 calories will I still lose the weight I want?

Not from just eating alone... you need to burn more calories than you put in - so you want to decrease the calories and increase your activity levels.

I eat so little that I have an eating disorder... but you can't tell by looking at me because my activity isn't high enough for me to look anorexic, though I am anaemic according to my doctor.
