Calorie deficit

On the MyFitnessPal app it has given me 2500 calories to consume each day and my aim is to lose weight. If I don’t reach that target and let’s say I eat between 1750-2000 calories will I still lose the weight I want?

I dont know your height but youre supposed to eat a certain amount of calroies to maintain your weight and less than that to lose weight. It helps to exercise because you're burning caloried then too. Look into calorie intake for men your height and age and you can probably find the answers you need
