I Want to Lose Weight
I don’t want to lose an excessive amount. I’m hoping to lose 8 or 9kg. So far I’ve lost a little over 1kg. I know it’s not much, but it’s a start. I’ve been working out for two weeks now. Due to injuring my lower back from poor posture, I had to take 3 days off at one point, which made me restless. Then I pulled a joint in my upper leg. Y’know, just falling apart and whatnot xD
Now I’m mostly well and have been increasing some kinds of workouts. I’ve become much stronger! I’m proud of myself, but I am easily discouraged by the scale. I shouldn’t look all the time, I know. I have a bad habit of stepping on the scale multiple times a day to see if I’ve lost any! I’d rather look once a week or even fortnightly. Ah, what’s to be done? In 4 months I want to be down to my desired weight, but it won’t be easy. It’s hard to lose weight.
