Exactly! It's so annoying and they don't get it ever because if I skip one meal they automatic think I'm anorexic or sowmthing

Yea well still you have to some how slow down on what you eat.

try to work out a little and then slowly increase your work out every two weeks or so and you will eventually see results! 👍
