I Am Trying to Lose Weight

I'm absolutely disgusted with myself to the point I can't even look into a mirror without hating every inch of my skin... Everything people has said to me has stuck... Even if it wasn't meant to be an insult... Just a joke... I take super personally... So far I've lose 10 lbs. but I wanna lose another 10 as fast as possible but I don't really know how because my parents force me to eat and I don't want them thinking I have an eating disorder or something...

Well of course your parents want you to eat but it's how much you eat is at your control, What is your weight is that the right weight for your age and size?

It's not really portions it's just making me eat when I don't want to... And I'm 5'3" and 113...

And your age? Have you ask your doctor for your age and and height and weight is that good. Well sorry that is also up to you you can be polite and say thanks but no thanks or you are not hungry and have had enough thank you.

Well just be honest you cannot eat anymore. I use to go to the neighbors house for Christmas dinner but every time I would go my friends mother would keep on putting food on my plate it got to point I stop going I like to enjoy my food and not to over eat. Well I know it not good to lie but what if you said you ate before and now you are not that hungry.

Well my parents came from a different country and they didn't have much growing up they're not really into me "wasting food" and stuff

Exactly! It's so annoying and they don't get it ever because if I skip one meal they automatic think I'm anorexic or sowmthing
