I Am Trying to Lose Weight

Why does 14lb look so much more when you gain it than when you lose? 😅 lol
#humblebrag I have lost 14lb now but don't feel that I look all that different yet. Another 7lb and I drop below 200 for the first time in a while 💪

Great that you are making progress even though you can't really see it yet. Keep it up and you soon will. Kudos to you for even trying. Weight loss is a tough game.
