Why does 14lb look so much more when you gain it than when you lose? 馃槄 lol
#humblebrag I have lost 14lb now but don't feel that I look all that different yet. Another 7lb and I drop below 200 for the first time in a while 馃挭

Great that you are making progress even though you can't really see it yet. Keep it up and you soon will. Kudos to you for even trying. Weight loss is a tough game.
