Why does 14lb look so much more when you gain it than when you lose? 😅 lol
#humblebrag I have lost 14lb now but don't feel that I look all that different yet. Another 7lb and I drop below 200 for the first time in a while 💪

I mean, I guess when you get bigger and your clothes don't fit of course it's more noticeable than when you lose some and you can still wear the bigger clothes.

I have jeans that when I can button them again, I'll know there is a difference.
