I Want to Lose Weight

Some of the pounds I had lost, came back.

Not all of them.

Not surprised. Its like my body is on a knifes edge waiting to respond to external circumstances.

However, I didnt get discouraged, just did it again. Drank 64 oz of water, ate High Fat, moderate pritein, almost zero carbs.

I didnt count anything, just ate when I was hungry, drank water when I wasnt....and more water.... and more...water.

I think my favorite is the frothy heavy cream I make for my coffee. It gives my coffee a smooth, richer texture, I'm really loving.

@midnightsun i cant do full keto.... to complicated from the receipes to counting.

My life doesnt have room for that nonsense. I just keep high fat stuff around I like, protein I'm good to eat, and steer clear of carbs.

I think they call it lazy keto.
However, I beleieved for a long time I wasnt getting enough water and that seems to be whats pushing this.
