I Want to Lose Weight

I’ve always been overweight most of my life. Trying to diet and exercise is usually really hard for me mostly because I go overboard. I start try to restrict things to much, get to focused on calorie counting, exercise to much for hours a day. I don’t really know how to do it the healthy way I guess you can say. I’ve always had problems with binge eating and purging so it just makes things difficult. I usually avoid trying to do anything with my weight honestly cause it always ends up with me heading down a bad road.

It's much harder today to lose weight than when i was a teen. The reason is that processed carbs including fast food were almost non existent back then. We ate meat and vegetables with a bit of bread and that was it. The amount of carbohydrates in that were very low. Then add to that physical exercise was mandatory, as in walk or ride to school, maybe deliver news papers at 5am before school, then Physical Ed was a compulsory subject at school along with a range of sports. But it's all different now and you guys sadly are really struggling with the changes to society older generations have brought about but don't give up. There is also a lot more information available on healthy ways to lose weight. It's not easy but you can do it. There is a path through the maze.

I’ve never been assessed for it, but I’ve thought of it through my childhood because of a few things. Idk tho@SW-User
