I agree. Honestly, exercise is a key to a lot. I dont think I will ever gain it back. I have had to eliminate a lot of foods from my diet...the foods eliminated also eliminates highly processed foods. I5 is the exercise using that will help me lose fat not muscle tone.

@Serendipitylife unfortunately, as you age, you do tend to lose muscle mass. Weight bearing exercise is supposed to help slow that. Weight lifting is also supposed to be good, but i find that very boring. I am on the treadmill and elliptical every day and do core exercises. My down side is I love to drink wine. I Have to.control that carefully. I also crave chocolate!
