I Want to Lose Weight

My weight has fluctuated back and forth as an adult for years now. I’m looking for a diet I can do that will help me make a lifestyle change and be effective. I don’t want to do something that requires calorie counting because let’s face it that’s too time consuming. Any suggestions? Anyone had success on the kentogenic diet? Other thoughts?

Diets are usually too restrictive and you put the weight back on almost immediately after you stop them. You should see a nutritionist who will teach you how to eat better for your body type.

Start walking at a slow pace and 1st then starts beating it up cut down on your calories don't eat fatty foods
