You and me both. And at my age the weight comes off very slowly. I am eating Nutrisystem food plus veggies from my garden and swimming for an hour a day. Weight loss is one of the hardest things to do in life. And it is, unfortunately, a lifetime endeavor. Hang in there. Don't tell people about it or they'll try to get you to abandon whatever you're doing. Eat small portions and do exercise you enjoy every day. I wish you the best!

I've been doing the 21 day fix. They have a lot of helpful posts on pinterest about it. You don't even have to buy the program, it's really easy. No calorie counting. It's mostly clean eating and portion control. Good luck!! I'm doing OK with it.
