Cut down your food by half for a start. Do it gradually till u r comfortable with a handful of food for every meal..
I dont see gym as way of losing weight there.. At least to my view, it is more for tonight up.. Best work out is running.. And ive been running for longest time ever..
Pill weight loss like panbesy and duromine help to supress appetite and u may like to try them though i dont recomend it.. Back in my city it can only get after u see the doc.. Perhaps this will help u settle down with your appetite and see some results and motivate you further later.. Good luck!
