I Want to Lose Weight

Would really like to get to my goal weight. It's difficult working right now due to my broken ankle but I'm still trying. I'm looking to lose ten pounds. Then see how I want to continue afterwards. I'll be starting the ABC diet but a modified one because I don't want to drop my calorie intake too low. I'll be doubling the calories allowed on the diet. I'm really hoping I can stick with this diet to lose the ten pounds :)
