I Want to Lose Weight

Would really like to get to my goal weight. It's difficult working right now due to my broken ankle but I'm still trying. I'm looking to lose ten pounds. Then see how I want to continue afterwards. I'll be starting the ABC diet but a modified one because I don't want to drop my calorie intake too low. I'll be doubling the calories allowed on the diet. I'm really hoping I can stick with this diet to lose the ten pounds :)

I have the opposite problem. I'm 6'4 and 150 pounds, well I was a few months ago. I started working out and now I've gained a little over 10 pounds. I'm 163 pounds now. Working to gain more muscle and weight. I'm skin and bones, lol.

Tall child you are. Lol just gotta keep up on the work. Trying to gain muscle is probably harder than trying to lose weight. I applaud you. Keep on making them gains. 👌

Thanks. I hope you find a method that works for you too! You should keep us posted on real progress you make, or a least when you reach your goal. I have a medical condition that makes gaining muscle extremely harder for me than almost anyone else. So It'll be awhile, I'll give myself a few more months, maybe by June to have gained a decent amount of muscle. I hope you can get some good work on yourself done by then too!
