I Want to Lose Weight

I need to lose like 50-60 pounds

Try a low-carb diet. I've heard people can lose a lot of weight that way. Keeping the weight off may be a problem, though, if you return to your old eating habits once you've reached your goal.

@PrettyGyal23 low carb, high protein, lots of veggies. I ate healthy and didn't go past 1,500 calories per day and I exercised also. I went from ten minutes a day and built up slowly to 40 mins a day (walking) I also walked faster the last half of my routine. Right now I'm still eating healthy and I try not to go past 1,800 to maintain it. I haven't been exercising though and I need to get back into the swing of things and also lose more weight so I need to step things up.
