Rain 🌩 Love it or hate it.....

@saragoodtimes Hopefully we will get a boomer to drift by (10 miles away or so) and put on a light show for us. Those are so intense and beautiful...in the summer, with the fireflies, and the bull frogs and the distant groan of thunder , and the rain freshened breeze...I love that when we are out here.

@TexChik love watching the storm clouds roll in over the mountain and the bolts hitting trees as it gets closer. protected by the porch. perfect to sit with a cup of warm coffee as the rain starts

@saragoodtimes Out here we like 'em a little further out so that we dont have to deal with the hail or the tornados or microbursts. I used to sit up with my daddy watching those storms go by. He said those sound the same no matter where in the world you are, but it always reminded him of home.

@TexChik we lose a tree or two every spring on the far end of the property. May is the worst month for us and servere storms
