Yes you do. Make sure you reward yourself a little bit as well though - it’s about a good balance. Sometimes what gets you through a day at work is thinking about what you’re going to do when you finish. Also it’s about positivity and trying to be the best you can be. You’ll be fine, don’t worry.

@pdockal Heh heh , true… But those days in which I feel like im gonna burst 🤯 are difficult for me and I’m not sure how to healthily release that tension. I begin doubting if I’ll ever make it through, which puts me into a slight panic.
