Like how everything around you stops for a while..and you only hear water splashes. When you're under a shelter and the tiny water droplets kinda sprinkle on your skin and you get those little goosebumps while the cold wind blows. That wet smell of nature. And interestingly, people walking with colorful umbrellas on the streets.
