We have had some dry weather now back to rain every day until it turns to snow.... Hope the fire didn't spread into a disaster for the people in the area 😕 🙄 😒 😞

I have seen it that way here too. Trains have to spray around the tracks because the rails spark and start fires. I noticed a chain dangling from a trailer on the road in front of me, and you could see the sparks. It was dusk and the sparks were pretty bright.

When did you last have rain. We’ve had quite a bit and the lawn is emerald green aagin - like a little but of Ireland

In California, they often have signs warning ppl about pulling off to the side of the road (esp. in scenic or recreational areas) due to how fires have been started from hot mufflers.
