We have struggled for a while with the heat and humidity. It suddenly dropped 20F degrees out from mid 90s to 70s. When we got up this morning, the windows showed this go pattern, which seemed odd to me. the glass is double paned and the fog is on the outside:
and on our balcony there were these strange droplets on the table, we did not apply any wax, etc. to it:
Anyone want to give an explanation for the pair of findings?

@YoMomma that is what i thought at first, and it may be the only answer, but look the way it stops about an inch or so from the ends of the glass all around. I actually touched the water dops on the table to prove they were just that, and they burst and flattened out quickly. It is now over 90F out!
